My way or the highway

One thing I have learned is everyone has a method to their madness especially in how they do their job. One of my co-workers does it one way, another co-worker does it another way but I hope they both realize that when I take the full lead I'm going to do it the way I want to do it and if anyone doesn't like it...too bad...do it themselves than. I'm going to set up my work flow the best way that works for me.
