Money Values in the Midst of a Financial Crisis

THIS IS AN EXTRA BLOG POST ABOUT A POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO BE FEATURED IN A STORY AND GET SOME HELP. READ ON FOR MORE INFORMATION AND HOW YOU CAN SUBMIT YOUR INFO:

IS THE FINANCIAL CRISIS IN SOME WAY CAUSING YOU TO QUESTION THE MONEY VALUES YOU RAISED YOUR KIDS WITH?

Have you come to feel that your kids had too much before (for example, brand name clothes, electronics, big allowances)? Or perhaps you’d like to curb your childrens’ spending or change those of your family as a whole? A national financial publication is looking to speak with families that are grappling with these family money issues due to a financial change—say a lost job—or just a reassessment of what’s important amid this crisis.

We’d especially love to talk to couples who:

•are in their 40s or early 50s
•have pre-teen or teenage kids
•have professional careers
•have household income over $100,000-$200,000 (and are willing to share this, as well as some numbers about what they spend on kids)

Please send a photograph and contact information (phone and email); and let us know what you do for a living, how you spent on your kids before, and how you’d like to change that.

In return, you will get personally directed financial advice from a financial planner.

If interested, or you know of a family that would be a great candidate, please send information to alexis_jeffries@moneymail.com
